Tunng News
- The state of play
After touring extensively for the last three years, Tunng are taking some time off live work to write and record our fourth album. This should be a packed with surprises.
It's a fair guess that we won't be far from a festival stage in 2009.
We recently recorded a session with Tinariwen for BBC Radio 3's 'Late Junction'. It was great, and should be aired sometime in November. Date to follow as soon as we know.
- Dive Index
Dive Index has released a remix album entitled 'Collisions - The Mid/Air Remixes' featuring contributions from Tunng (a remix of 'Hoko Onchi'), The Album Leaf, renowned KCRW DJ Jason Bentley, Roger Eno, and Francois K's roster act Beat Pharmacy (Screen to Screen) among others.
The Tunng mix is available as a free download when signing up for Neutral Music's mailing list:

- Teaism
Tunng have contributed a new track 'Shove It' to Static Caravan's 'Teaism' compilation.
"I wanted to make a heavy shanty song about tea rather than the calm relaxing feel that tea can give. Sso it was inspired by the Boston Tea Party and the individuals who took part in the protest."
